Yeah. I remember one time I was in North Georgia driving back and I made someone pull over to look at one for sale. He wanted $7,500 for it and it was rough. Hood wouldn't close all the way because of damage, nearly every panel had at least a dent or scratch, seats were out of a early to mid 90s civic, the list goes on. I would have offered about $3k just because of rarity (assuming it ran and drove well).
